Coach Mike has been training clients in Cypress for years. His classes mix intensity and technique — you burn, but you learn. The Summer Challenge is the first time he's turned the gym's check-in data into a full accountability program. He'll be watching the leaderboard every week.

No. Coach Mike scales every workout so beginners and veterans work side-by-side. Day 1 you go at your level. By Day 30, that level is higher. We've had people start the challenge barely able to finish a class and end it leading the leaderboard.
Life happens. The leaderboard tracks consistency, not perfection. Show up for 20 of 30 days and you've built a habit. We're not here to shame anyone — we're here to keep you moving. The check-in system shows you exactly where you stand so you can decide to push harder.
Structure and urgency. A regular membership is open-ended — easy to put off until tomorrow, then next week, then next month. The challenge has a hard start date, a fixed endpoint, a leaderboard, and Coach Mike's personal coaching cues each week. The fixed program creates accountability that a rolling membership doesn't.
Your QR check-in data stays with you — you'll see the full 30-day streak on your stats page. After June 30, Coach Mike will reach out about converting to a regular membership at normal rates. No pressure, no auto-billing. But most people who finish the challenge keep coming back.
